Do you provide support after delivery?

We provide ongoing updates and changes to the website. Whether it’s minor adjustments, new features, or regular maintenance, we are always ready to help. When you have a website built by us, you receive a set number of hours for adjustments free of charge; the standard rate for additional hours is €40 per hour.

How often are updates performed?

Updates are performed as needed, for example for security, functionality, or performance. For clients with a maintenance plan, we regularly ensure everything is up-to-date.

Do you support maintenance for existing websites?

Yes, we can take over the maintenance of your existing website for updates, security, and improvements, keeping it safe, fast, and up-to-date. This does mean the website has to be hosted by us.

What happens if my website goes offline?

With our hosting and monitoring, we ensure any downtime is quickly resolved. You can always contact us, and we will restore your website as fast as possible.
